MANAGEMENT OF HOUSEKEEPING FACILITIES

Scope of Work

• Daily Cleaning: This covers vertical areas / walls, office furniture, mechanical / electronic equipment & carpeted areas / hard floor.
• Interim Cleaning: Apart from regular cleaning, this includes cleaning of interiors with industrial cleaners. This exercise would be monitored and checked by Supervisors.
• Deep Cleaning: We undertake preventive maintenance cleaning depending on the surface area.
• Cloakroom: We do regular upkeep and maintain the most hygienic conditions. Stock books / checklists would be maintained on a regular basis.
• Pest Control Solutions: Anti–termite proofing, general pest control, rodent control, carpet treatment & wood protection.

Management of Security Services

ASTER MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD. provides total security solutions to manpower, equipment and property. We employ personnel from specialized security companies specializing in armed / unarmed protection, escorting, VIP cover, special security guards, fire surveys, fire drills, audit checks and training. The entire property would be evaluated and based on the security requirements, a specific security system would be outlined, covering the following aspects:

Preventive Maintenance Schedule

• PM actions will be accomplished in accordance with the recommendations / stipulations of OEMs
